Final Control Procedures of Our Products

Quality control is carried out to prevent, minimize or correct errors that may occur during the production of a product. After the product is ironed, final checks are carried out. The sewn product is checked to see if the features and dimensions of the product are of the desired quality.

Posture Form Control

The product is cleaned and ironed properly, and its posture is checked.

Posture form is the control in which the appearance of the product and its stance on the person are evaluated.

Dimension Control

In final control operations, measurement control is of great importance. Measurement deviations may result from the materials used and sewing errors. Necessary checks are made to eliminate these errors and the errors are corrected.

The sewn product is laid evenly on a smooth surface.

Measurements are made at the specified locations without damaging the originality of the product and without applying any pressure.
