A Cargo Company is used in our product deliveries. Delivery time is 3 days within the borders of Istanbul and 5 days in other regions. If the Cargo Company cannot reach the regions, the person who placed the order can receive the product he ordered from the nearest branch of the Cargo Company.
Orders received after 15.00 are considered to be received on the next business day. Orders received after 15.00 on Friday are considered to be received on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays such as public holidays are deemed to be received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday.
Products are delivered only to the person who placed the order at the address where the order was placed.
